This is a fantastic online bingo site; you’ll find so many different games, great bonuses and very good customer support at Gala Bingo. They use their great experience to attract as many players as possible.

All bingo games are powered by Virtual Fusion software though they offer games powered by Playtech, IGT, Ash Gaming, Cryptologic and Endemol software. Available bingo games are 90, 80, and 75-ball bingo, but there’s special Gala Live which includes Speed Bingo and BOGOF. Some of many slots are Foxin’ Wins, Cleopatra, Pixies of the Forest, and Kitty Glitter. There are different scratch cards, table and card games, as well.

There’s a great welcome bonus offer – for a deposit of £10, players will get £30 free which means that they will start playing with £40. All new players can play free bingo for five days. They have great promotions not only for bingo but for all other games as well. VIP program has four levels with some really cool specials.

Love this site. ! Nice games and you get a great value for money invested. I made £15 deposit and withdrew £60. Quizzes they have are quite amusing and in combination with Chat Hosts and friendly roomies is what makes this site awesome.

I highly recommend this site.

Gala Bingo got my attention because they accept PayPal, and for some reason not many other casinos do. Once I double checked all the requirements (kudos to the support, they were really nice and professional), I registered and started playing. This is not just a Bingo site (almost none of them are), because they offer a wide array of casino and other games as well. They require no downloads, and you can play from your tablet of smartphone, which is a big plus for me.
There are a lot of Bingo rooms, probably more than on any other site I have player so far, and you can choose 90 ball games (most of the rooms), 75-ball and 80-ball games. Just enough to spend a lot of good time. I had a good strike with bingo, and am currently waiting for the transfer to go through. Had literally no problem with this Casino.

Gala Bingo Player Attacked by Mugger

For Sue Griffith it was a wonderful time at Hanley’s Gala Bingo after winning on the Slots. When the pensioner left the Bingo hall with her daughter that evening she was viciously attracted by a mugger who wanted to steal her money.

Sue a 64 year old woman was pushed to the ground and kicked in the stomach. She was then dragged through Hanley’s old bus station holding on dearly to her back where her £400 was.

Sue who resides in Bentilee said:

"He pounced on me from nowhere and went straight for my bag. I was holding onto the bag and he was kicking me and dragging me around the place. It was only when the strap of the bag broke that he stopped and ran away with it.”

The mugger appeared to be desperate to get the cash as Sue added:

"He would have done anything to get the cash. I don't know what would have happened if the strap had not snapped – he could have been facing manslaughter charges but for the grace of God."

It left emotional scars for daughter Angela and herself stating:

"The whole thing has left us paranoid. Every time I go in the car I make sure the doors are locked and whenever we're out we're always very nervous. I had problems with my speech after it happened. I had a stroke a few months before, and I was getting better, but then this knocked my confidence. We still go to the bingo, but this will always be with us."

The 40 year old Angela said:

"There was no need for that level of violence – he just threw my mum to the floor, it was vicious. I don't think he realises how many people have been affected. It's been really hard for us, my mum has suffered a lot, and his family must be ashamed of him."

Angela added:

"Our big bugbear is that the old bus station should have much better lighting and CCTV. We're paying to park there – and you expect some security. The police have been absolutely fantastic. They kept us in the loop and did a great job piecing the case together to find the mugger."

In court recently the mugger Michael Vincent was sentenced to 27 months in jail after confessing to the robbery
